I am a writer and editor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. My fiction has appeared in publications including Literary Mama, Elevator Stories, and On the Premises, and I was a finalist for the 2023 PEN America Emerging Voices fellowship and 2023 Periplus fellowship. I have penned articles, reviews, and true-life narratives for a variety of magazines and websites, including Travel + Leisure, Parenting, Brides, Guideposts, Woman’s World, NYMag.com, ZDNet.com, Viator, and Zagat. During my publishing career in New York, I worked as a senior editor for the world's largest inspirational magazine (circ. four million), covered health and psychology for a women's weekly published by Hearst, and reviewed the Big Apple's rich theater, shopping, and nightlife scenes for various lifestyle outlets. These days, I am delving deeper into fictional worlds, with dystopian and middle grade fantasy novels in the works.
